For better result on entry level specs (24-30 fps) = Use Lossless Scaling 2.5 same as the video above.
Lossless Scaling doesn't improve input lag/input response significantly, the game may feel slower for input response on 60 fps.

When I applied the lossless scaling, nothing happens; the screen blink, but the fps remains the same... Do you know why is it not working?
