The church must insist it's role as co-leader with the government not because of power but check and balance to save souls. Katulad ng time ni Cardinal Sin, ang simbahan ang kunsensya at tagapag paalaala ng maling gawain ng tao at leaders.

If the Priests will live immitating Christ the church will not go wrong. The church should lead like a shepherd and not following the benefactors. When the priest start to please the benefactors rather than God, that is the start of the problem of the Church.

Archbishop Soc Villegas, katoliko po ako. Nung narinig ko po na inaayunan pa ninyo ang vote buying ay nawala na ako ng tiwala sa mga namumuno sa Catholic Church sa Pilipinas. Mag resign na po kayo. Hindi ninyo deserve maging Arsobispo. Kasamaan ang tinuturo ninyo imbis na kabutihan. Yung bawal sa batas ng tao at batas ng Diyos ginawa ninyong tama. Okay lang pala gumawa ng masama kung nagugutom? Puwede naman mag-trabaho, mang-hiram sa kaibigan, mag-business, pumunta sa DSWD, lumapit sa ibang tao. Arsobispo po kaya sasabihin ninyo tumanggap ng pera kahit alam natin na ninakaw ito??? Lalong magiging kultura natin ang vote buying dahil sabi ni Leni at sabi ni Bishop... Tsskkk.
