Bring on the ruffles!!!😍 I have recruited my oldest (18) to Busbee Style! She wants to revamp her look before she heads off to college. So, I recommended your blog and she’s working on building her new wardrobe with your two wardrobe checklists! She’s loving it! Next generation of Busbee PS the high waisted pants, love them but not gonna lie, it made me think of Z. Cavaricci from a “few” years ago!😂

OMG! I hate hate hate those super high rise pants! Did those in the 80's. Wouldn't wear them if you paid me. But I'm loving the pastels. It's so fresh and paired up with the floral prints. Ugh... I'm gonna love feeling feminine this spring!

I think it’s so interesting how the trends that were popular when I was a teenager and early 20s are coming back into style, and I have to figure out how to wear them in a different body shape. LOL! I still have sewing patterns with these styles of billowing sleeves and high rise pants. Thank you for reminding us that if a trend doesn’t suit us, to stick with what basics look best. I love that about your advice - here’s the trends, do with it what you want. 👏👏👏

I’ve been waiting for lavender to come back! I am biased bc it works for me (happy bc yellow usually doesn’t so well) but I think it’s so soft & works great with my neutral favorites

I was extremely excited when a bright shade of purple was chosen for color of the year. I have been checking stores and have been surprised that I can't find purple pieces. Hopefully, we'll see more purple in retail stores soon!

Love that high waisted are redone in a way that isn't frumpy.( Think SNL Mom Jeans. ) I have yet to find a skinny Jean, jegging, OR yoga pant that looks good on me. I am full figured and short.
