I’m going to a boxing gym to become a pro boxer. I have little experience in boxing training. I’m 15. Can you make a video of conditioning training so I be ready in my first sparring session. I like the jump ropes but I don’t know what else is conditioning training.
I’m trying to improve my stamina so I can I fight longer. Please make a video of conditioning thank you sir.

I would recommend not doing a right hand jab with left foot forward unless your going for powerful jabs and not just to keep them back

Love your videos, each and every one.
Any chance you can do a breakdown of some of your fights that are up on YouTube, what you remember thinking, feeling, where your gameplan changed and/or evolved? I saw the one with Tommy Tolan, so maybe that one for instance. Keep up the great work!

I want to improve my footwork a d head movement. In my last amateur bout i got brutally tkod. For not moving my head a lot and walking my opponent down with same movement he caught me with a nice hook to the face and jab and straight combo. I couldn’t remember my fight ending or even seeing the judges announce the winner and me leaving the ring. All i remember i was fighting and there was a minute left in round 3 and i threw a feint and a straight to the body while ducking his jab or straight maybe. Until a day later.
