Whenever I take a bath, my palms get the pins and needle sensation...any diagnosis?

I have had Raynauds all winter. It is now finally April but still freezing and I think my nerves have been permanently damaged in my hands. I get a beating pain now in my hands. Have no idea what to do. Feel like getting tested for lupus. I can't type without feeling electricity. So painful.
