I’ll probably always grow some of both...but the story behind the heirlooms, the ability to save seeds and those stories will always tug at my heart. I’m a sucker for anything vintage.

Will you ever carry any paprika peppers? Or are they not something that grows well for y’all? Your garden has me drooling in anticipation already! Alright alright alright!

10:42 with your tomato spacing you have room to plant something short in between. I recommend planting some marigolds; they stay low to the ground, attract beneficial insects for pollination, and the hornworms will attack marigolds before they go for your tomato plants.

I love that you don't discount heirlooms based on their production or taste, but explain that you're surrounded by commercial farmland and that they just don't fare well for you because of that. As someone who lives on a private farm, away from commercial land with low pest pressure, I can appreciate your stance on why you lean hybrid/determinate. Thanks for the education!!

Rec'd my seed order from y'all recently & shipping was super fast as usual. I love your sensible gardening for the south. You grow what is best for the souths climate& production. Thanks for your guidance, it's very helpful.

I plant both heirlooms and hybrid tomatoes in my garden. Heirloom for taste and novelty, and hybrids for production

I enjoy the long season in Massachusetts so indeterminate tomatoes are for me. I grew semi determinate too and was happy with those. Thanks for your hard work.

I am envious you are planting already. I still have awhile to go before I can get anything into the ground.

I've always grown indeterminate, until last year, when I first tried Bella Rosa and Brickyard. I love them. Will grow both types from now on. Trying Tachi this year.

Steaks use inch and a quarter heavy duty PVC with a t cap on the top and you can run a line through that TCAP so that it will be laterally stable

I love heirlooms!! I don’t have the best of luck with them either, but I attribute that to gardener error and (sometimes) neglect.. I’m not above growing hybrids, but you can’t hardly beat heirloom flavor and I like to save seeds...

I have used 1/2” electrical conduit pipe. 10’ cut in half and work perfect for height.

My Roulette Habaneros are my first peppers to sprout. Excellent germination. Can’t wait to eat them come about July!

I pinched my top suckers this year, plan it in large 2 gallon dog treat containers that are about 8 in x 18 in and I planted them at the bottom. From there I transplanted them up to 5 gallon buckets but they barely grown so far so much that I had to give him some nitrogen and they're only about 10 inches out the top of the 5 gallon bucket I think they're honestly only going to get to be about a bush

I used large wooden dowels as my stakes for the Florida weave posts. The dowel should hold up over previous wooden stakes, I hoping.
