it's not CTD per se which communicate with g proteins it's C3 loop between helices 5 and 6 ; moreover the ligand position you are showing is not completely accurate bcz most of ligand interact with helix 3, 5 and 6 ...infact in family 2 of GPCR ligand do bind with NTD portion but part of ligand also bind in between helices ...this interaction is important for specificity as well as for inducing cAMP... your video has many inaccuracies plz do proper research
