I’ve been running butterfree arcanine moltres. Only fire energy. When it works it works. Also fun. I run 1 butterfree line + 1 extra caterpie.

As an aside I really like farfetch'd and starmie ex decks. Low energy cost and easy to pivot. Add 1 articuno ex to help get damage on mons that switch out and its killer ngl

I've been running this deck without Moltres EX because I've only been cracking Pikachu packs. I threw in a Red Card and an extra Potion instead. It has been doing very well against like level 10-15 tcg players. If you run into KenBone expect to see Arcanine EX (:

Can you do a Fire + Heliolisk deck? I used to play a lot of Smogon Singles, so I abhor a Pokémon composition without type diversity. Heliolisk can run on Fire energy, and is super effective against Water. It feels like it should work.

I've had fun with arcanine and it's better than people think, imo. It's like a mini zard. I wish Blaine boosted Arcanine's attack. That would probably make him broken though.

It's nice to see some Arcanine decks. I somehow only have two Arcanine and my guaranteed Marowak, so seeing some use here is helpful! Hopefully at some point I can either get more supports for it or another EX.

I’ve been thinking about getting a new iPad for a while and about a week ago I was like “Hey, I could use that for TCG Pocket when it comes out because that would probably be nice for the battles and stuff!”

My favorite deck by far has been gengar weezing, with the exact comp being

X2 ghastly, haunter, gengar EX
X2 Koffing, weezing
X2 oak, potion, speed, pokeball
X1 sabrina giovanni

This has been by far the most consistent deck I have been able to make, since I lack the cards needed for the meta decks. I think I'm at 11 wins on the event, with my only loss being a turn 2 articuno sweep lol
