Waking up at 5:am and doing fasted cardio changed my life. Not only it's the best time to burn fat but, it's optimal for food absorption and digestion. It also wakes you up, keeps you alerted and makes you focus better threw out the day. Better overall health. The benefits are just significant.

In general, how much cardio is necessary post workout if you’re already doing 35 minutes fasted 6days/wk.

What's your idea of cardio as far as intensity and duration? Does LISS walking or stationary bike count?

Why? For health reasons or for caloric burn? Because I can see people not giving a fuck about the first and don't see the need for the second if diet is on point.

Doesn’t make a difference fasted or not . No science on that . I do mine post workout in morning and later on afternoon .
