I do home healthcare with the elderly, and certainly not everyone is cut out for that. But I was not raised around my grandparents, and I LOVE hearing the stories that older people tell. And I love hugging the ladies who need affection. And I love being there for them when they need someone. (And mmm mmm I have learned some good recipes!!!)
.. One of them says we caregivers are her friends. And she calls me her angel. .. It is sad when they start getting to "that stage" when they are in hospice. But they still need love!!!!
