Five pro hockey players face charges in 2018 sexual assault investigation

Four National Hockey League players and one ex-player are facing criminal charges in connection to a $3.5 million civil lawsuit filed by an Ontario, Canada, woman who alleges that at least eight players of Canada's 2018 junior hockey team sexually assaulted and abused her. It also really irritates me that these boys were able to commit this horrific offence because there was obviously not a shred or moral character amongst them, that would otherwise tell them it’s not right.

I’m sorry but when you have a 19-20 year old, who has zero moral compass, his primary care providers must shoulder a MASSIVE load of the blame.

I mean they had 19 fekkin years to instill good character into their kid, and when the time came to test it, it was just simply not present.

So, it was obviously looked at criminally initially and found to not have enough merit for criminal charges, but after a civil suit was won, NOW they feel, five years later, that they have enough to charge them? Hopefully the NHL doesn't Travis Bauer them.
