I'm using Photoshop 2022 and I don't see that option on properties to choose which corner I want to round... Any solutions?

What am I doing wrong? When I save a copy as a PNG, the outer white rectangle remained with the shaded diamonds. I can't get rid of it. TIA for your assistance.
