I’ve spent the last month stuck on my crib build because I couldn’t properly and didn’t have the knowledge of something as simple as using a round over bit. you wouldn't think you'd need a tutorial for this, but I did! Thanks! I made an "extremely beaded" edge, but now I know how to fine tune the bit to get a full round over edge.

I'm here, because as a newbie at routering, when using a 1/8"r round over bit on 3/4" thick wood, I created an unwanted "beaded" edge. Now that you've taught me why that happened, please advise how to fix it, if possible, perhaps by going over it with 1/4"r, 3/8"r or 1/2"r

How do you keep it straight? I may have it up to high on rotation but seem to always get a kick or a wavy line if I try to move as quick as you did.
