One of the most annoying concepts in Tinkercad is how to create a rounded edge on a 3D print. I show you an easy, albeit rather manual, way to do so.

All TINKERCAD programs should be under 3 minutes, just like this one!!! I am tried of videos out there taking 2 hours to show me what you did in 2:42 minutes. NICE WORK MY FRIEND.

There is a feature for exactly what you're doing: a metafillet. It's buried in the Shape Generators, so I have it starred as a favourite. Note that if you use the slider to adjust the radius and make it less than 10, one of the sides comes out a little short. To avoid that bug, I just adjust it manually.

That same size square and cylinder is a good idea, I had some saved shapes but this was very easy to create! While doing it this way I created and saved a few in different sizes for future use.

Excellent tip! Tinker Cad is great, but its a little challenging sometimes to "create" your own tools rather than find them like in other 3d design. Trick and tips like this are invaluable to a beginner.

TIP... do this ONCE... in fact make a variety of edge profiles . THEN SAVE THEM to bring into your future projects

I'm not surprised that they don't have every feature.
The plan is to have you upgrade to Fusion 360.

Great I just spent so long time making a custom organization tray, now you're telling me I have to to round all the edges. Why can't the slicer program just get rid of 90 degree angles?

How does this differ from using the radius control?
