What's The Big Deal About Baptism?

For some of you, baptism is already a part of your faith story, but not everyone. Maybe baptism is something you have put off because it didn't seem necessary. Maybe you were sprinkled as an infant and have been told your whole life that was sufficient. Maybe it's something that you did once out of pressure but you weren't even sure why you were even doing it.

The New Testament is clear that baptism should always be a decision you make for yourself. Which means, it should never be a motion we simply go through, but instead a miracle we take part in! The significance of our baptism is incredible: it is our opportunity to share in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.
