Chicken Fajita Pasta (2 Servings)

1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
200g thinly-sliced chicken breast
80g bell pepper
50g onion
150ml heavy cream
50ml whole milk
150g dry penne pasta (cook in salted boiling water until al dente)
Seasoning mix (1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp oregano)
Salt to taste
