I’ve donated to Biden directly. I’m a disabled senior and the ends of the funds I get do not meet up. Therefore it is a big deal for me to donate. Saying that, I am very grateful to donate because if I don’t, we don’t, then I may not have any funds at all. I’ve also talked a lot about voting to young confused voters, convinced them to register, and explained that their vote really does matter. Surprising how many think that their one vote doesn’t make a difference. Keep up the wonderful work of solidifying our democracy!

I have finally found a couple openings to talk to a few people on the fence about why I support Biden and the problems I see with tRump. I plan on going to my local DNC office to give a donation and find out how my area fairs.

My daughter turned 18 this year. We could have registered her to vote online, but instead we printed the paperwork, filed it out and home and took her to the county voter registration office. I knew that if she handed in the papers herself it would feel more real for her. The 2 employees that were there were soo excited for her and talked with her about the process. Next week will be her first time voting, school board and school district budget vote.

I'm a published writer; I've been told many times I'm an effective persuasive writer and speaker. I'm tired of being terrified. I'm also 70 and no longer need to punch a clock as long as the Maggots (previously known as Republicans) don't steal Social Security. I'm writing an editorial I want to publish in newspapers, other periodicals and online publications, describing what I know of vindictive narcissists, like the one I was married to for 24 years, and what we can expect if T. gets back in the White House. I don't have tons of current contacts, just friends and colleagues who are like-minded and also somewhat disconnected. I would be grateful for any advice you might give me on connecting with willing outlets for what I have to share. I'm under the impression that a LOT of Americans, regardless of economic class or political viewpoint, don't really understand narcissism and the damage it does. I lived it; I'm 18 years free of him and now my country is being threatened with a version of it on STEROIDS. I use email, smart phone texting, Facebook private messaging, Zoom, and snail mail. Thank you for what you're doing.

My wife was unregistered, so I helped her get registered and she's ready to vote. I urge others to do the same if they are in a similar situation - esp. if you have children who are old enough to vote but not registered.

Especially since 2016, I've educated myself, donated where i can, talked to and supported friends who wish to do the same AND voted in every voting opportunity that is offered in Colorado. I've been a Democrat all my voting life and still am. But I can thank Trump for my wakeup call and my best determination to say, 'Never Again.'
