Gina is ready for retirement. She has much to learn as a private citizen.

She looks so inoffensive and sweet: it's difficult to believe that she is being confirmed as CIA head. One could create an entire imaginary history for her: She married her college sweetheart while obtaining her B.F.A. in education. They had three children and she put her career on hold. When the kids got older she decided to go back to teaching. Same work hours as her kids, you know. Her husband died unexpectedly at the age of 50 from a heart attack. But she soldiered on, is still teaching, and makes cookies for school bake sales. She also invites underprivileged kids to her home for Christmas and Thanksgiving. She enjoys embroidery, cooking, and book readings. I'd assume all this just from one second of looking at her.
