yo idk if these comments are bots but for anyone wondering it worked for me and the file name is literally disable task manager so that kind of gives it away so deleting it should work and it did for me

second method worked for me thanx a lot ..so you just have to delete that unusual task manager entry key probably spawned by a malware then problem fixed for those who shall need more intel. Thanx again bro
