Aizen’s bankai is similar to Ichibei’s, Aizen’s bankai is called Tite Kubo and he is able to rewrite the story of bleach himself making it the most op bankai in the anime.

the one thing i have to say is that Urahara's bankai not only keeps his shikai powers and makes them far stronger, but his bankai is stated to be able to instantly dissect/cut anything in Benihime's range, and he can reconstruct whatever she touches and make them stronger. Plus, Kisuke may have more abilities that he can use, and id put him and Senjumaru at second with a tie because senjumaru's hax verse Kisukes versatility, which could overcome Yamamoto.

Senjumaru's Bankai has a higher feat statement than Yamamoto's. Zanka no tachi can destroy the soul society, shatatsu karagara shigarami no tsuji can destroy all Three realms with just a small release of it's power. I'm pretty sure that puts it decently above zanka no tachi.
Edit: it can shake all three realms with just a little bit of it's power. At full power it would most likely destroy the realm hence the need to seal their Bankai away.

Unpopular opinion, but i feel the true tensa zangetsu is no 1. It killed the soul king twice when ichigo was at 1/3rd of his power
