Probably one of the worst background checks companies. Showed false information for 2 of my background checks costing me the job. Sued them twice now and have won. Employers, choose better!

I'm dealing with this company now. After filling out employment history and all the other info I am now receiving emails asking about previous DOT employers for the last 3 years which I dont have any and this wouldnt be a problem but the form they send in your email saying it's an electronic form is now interactive you cannot click it and enter information into it. I had to call and spoke to someone who had a very thick accent and I could not understand them. This is important stuff happening here we should be able to understand one another. I was told to go ask someone for help around me and I was dumbfounded because I called yall's help line for help. Guys get it together this is important stuff. Businesses need workers workers need businesses and if yall are more of a road block than a benefit the businesses should seek help in background checks elsewhere.

Just received a phone call from an unknown number asking me personal financial information that wouldn’t normally be part of a background check after agreeing to a background check by Stering. This is unethical behavior on their part. Their integrity is questionable now.

Sterling support contact numbers not working, sterling not maintaining transferring, sterling giving bvg works to the 3rd, 4th party and that party not doing work with authenticity and this people not sharing their own identity proofs, worst sterling experience.
