Fit perfect in a 2017 Tiguan Wolfsburg. Getting the old one out was a challenge because the port cluster is part of the cubby assembly, and the cubby pocket mostly blocks the lower locking tab. This got me to a clean factory-like setup, and seemed to be the only product out there to do it. I was about ready to break open one of the stock port units and just tap a USB on its port. Thanks for making things easy.

I see you also sell a factory mic conversion. I found the mic could be tapped in the stock harness, and just shoved a couple jumpers I connected to a 3.5mm into the corresponding pins of the quadlock connector. I'd consider that as an adaptor product. Much easier than having to run the wiring all the way to the stock mic spot.

This is a awesome solution for OEM integration. Can you make one with a 6 inch cable? I am looking to get a Alpine or Kenwood HU, but both brand already got 3 ft USB cable attached to the HU, the cable length you offer would be too long for my application.

Could i use this with a splitter to tuck one of those USB wireless carplay adapters inside the dash while keeping the USB for charging with the stock headunit? Stock headunit has carplay over usb.
