· When we read the New Testament, we see that there is not a single example of Christians keeping the Sabbath. Rather we find them observing Sunday, the first day of the week. (Acts 20:7) “Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight.”

THE END OF THE SABBATH LAW
- What law of commandments separated Jews from Gentiles? The Law of Moses! One of those commandments was to observe the Sabbath. Ephesians 2:11-15
- Today, we are dead to the Law of Moses. That is the same law that said, 'You shall not covet' and also said, 'Remember the Sabbath day; to keep it holy.' The entire Law of Moses was nailed to the cross. Romans 7:4-7
- The only reason that we are not to covet today is because the Law of Christ commands us! Romans 13:9, Hebrews 10:1, 9
- Those who appeal to the old law make make themselves a debtor to do the whole old law. Galatians 5:2-3

The difference according to the Scriptures is that the Sabbath is Jewish & Old Covenant & is set on Saturday every week forever.
But Christians (believers in Jesus the Christ & followers of His teachings or doctrine & commandments that also come from the Father, God) are to keep "the Lord's day", on "the first day of the week", or Sunday, in memory of Jesus' Resurrection day.

Of course we should worship on a Saturday! We should worship everyday! Us Christians worship on Sunday because Christ rose from the dead on a Sunday.

The Christian "Lord's day" is New Covenant, celebrated by the worship of God "in spirit & in truth", partaking of the Sacrament emblems of the once weekly memorial of the Lord's Supper, tithing, offerings, hymns & spiritual songs, preaching of the Word, & rest in the Lord, as Jesus Christ & the 12, the 70, & the 120 disciples (& the women followers) did, according to the account or record in the early chapters of The Book of The Acts of the Apostles, & the Epistles or Letters of the Apostle Paul.
