Russia Ukraine conflict: US says no regime change plans in Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called on the West to summon just "one percent of the courage" of his countrymen, appealing for tanks and aircraft to help the war effort.

Both France and the UK have warned against escalating the conflict after President Biden's speech declaring that Vladimir Putin could not stay in power.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken insisted again this afternoon that the US was not seeking any kind of regime change.
