I like how they actually included the part where Mario’s model turns into Doopliss’ Mario model like in the Japanese version of the original game if you choose ‘become her servant’

I love the new shocked expression at 4:57 that wasnt included in the original version. It adds a lot more personality to each character. You know it's bad when even the main hero is shocked

the most interesting change about ch 2's bomb is that in the original, if you let the bomb go off right as Lord Crump's about to turn the timer off it just pauses right there as the bomb goes off, makin it funny.

but in the remake, Lord Crump very pleasantly, surprisingly actually gets an animation of flailing his arms around if you let the bomb go off right as he's about to shut it off, this's a very neat and unexpected change.
this's deff important to show off if all da game-overs are ever compiled

Ch. 1's Spike room is actually scarier too cuz it waits before the plunge in the last few seconds instead of plunging all the way 🤔

Things that changed in new version
In the gamecube version Ghost T will flip your screen continuously but now when your reading the diary the colors disapear and Ghost T will actually jumpscare mario now also ghosts have a new chat bubble
Things that changed in the shadow queen cutsine
In the gamecube version we just have the shadow queen taking over peaches body and if you choose to become her servant a message bubble will tell you what happens next and then its game over but now we have peach getting up and she transoforms and if you become her servant it just tells you what happened w/o a message bubble
BONUS
in the Japanese gamecube version if you become her servant after the flash mario will have that face doopliss makes when he turns into mario its pretty cool that they put this in the remake

And since Mario life choices, The Shadow Queen Posessed Mario while thinks of questional stuff in the prosess and took over the world. After that, Mario and The Shadow Queen haved kids and lived happfuly ever after... while Peach and his Parnters be mad at Mario in the distance.

This is probably the strongest game out of the first three and I would argue the most popular. It was definitely my first Mario game back when I was a kid in the 2000s. The remake holds up very well to the original just wish Luigi’s adventures were playable in that game. I also wish the Glitz Pit arena was made more difficult after chapter three but at least they made up with that with Prince Mush being very hard to take down.
