I noticed you don't fill the KJ all the way.  Do you get enough heat with that amount of charcoal ?  What did the Tang do for flavoring ?  
I have a request for the Chocolate Covered Bacon you did a video on it.  I would really like to make that recipe.  Thanks for the ideas on how to use this Pig Candy.

Instead of using corn syrup, try a high quality maple syrup. Don't use the fake stuff get the real deal! It's Fantastic!

We are trying to figure out what the 1/4 table spoon of grinded ….?? after the cinnamon is….
