Have you tried pork belly burnt ends? This meat candy is so delicious and melts in your mouth! We had a 5 pound pork belly and sliced it into cubes using Hardcore Carnivore Red rub which gives it a strong bright color and incredible flavor.
Today, we show you how to smoke pork belly burnt ends on the Kamado Joe Classic 2 using the SloRoller accessory with temps between 250-275 with a total cook time of 3 hours and 20 minutes. We used post oak wood chunks with Jealous Devil Lump Charcoal. We finished it using Blue Hog Nation Chipotle Raspberry Sauce for final glaze.
