My test, experience: this information is hardly mentioned on YouTube. Set your OSMO Action4 to at least 1/160sec or better 1/200sec in Rock Steady mode (digital stabilizer). The stabilizer is overwhelmed with longer exposure times and you get unusable, blurry images. So you can forget about the often recommended 25/30 images with a 50/60sec exposure time with ND filter "Motion Blur" (180 degree rule) for smooth images. You almost always need digital stabilization switched on with an action cam.
