This is maths for accounting and maybe corporate finance to be honest. Financial mathematics is much more deep and complex and draws from linear algebra and stochastic calculus, as well as from physics, statistics, probability, group theory and combinatorics. The kind of maths discussed here is used mainly in accounting and financial management, which mainly draw from geometric series. Still great video for accountants, but I guess the title is a bit misleading.
