As a former Girl in Blue, if you receive it broken, IMMEDIATELY call into the Customer Support and get them to get a replacement started. Usually they will get the order started for the replacement and you gotta take the broken one in. But it has to be immediate because if your 14 day return period is closed, it is up to a manager to over ride it.
