I am so glad someone's finally bringing awareness to these kinds of scams, not enough people are talking about this! The other day, I went to pick up my kid from school and someone had completely changed their outfit, hair color, face shape, and even their name. It was really traumatizing for me and my child, and they haven't stopped crying since we got home. I don't know what the scammer was trying to pull, but think it's best if they don't go back to school for awhile, just to be safe.

My Grandmother fell for a similar scam, she parked and locked her car before shopping. She returned to her car, unlocked it and then found that scammers had swapped the ignition for another, no matter what she tried the key wouldn’t start the car. Then the scammer started banging on the window, forced her to get out and to take her little dog too. He drove off, leaving her confused and dazed next to the empty spot before she discovered that the scammer had put her ignition into an identical car parked further up the road.

That has happened to me more than once! I once got in a car without even noticing the elderly gentleman in the passenger side, who then smiled and said "where are we going honey?" 😅😅😅

This was so well delivered. It seemed like such a genuine warning about an actual scam at first. Everything was so perfectly done. The lighting, the colour balance, the camera angle. It's exactly how you'd expect a video of someone sitting in their car talking about a real scam to look. The little details really sell the whole thing. 10/10
