Marketplace Corvette Scammer Steals $1,000 from Me

Someone on Facebook marketplace stole $1,000 from us and we track them down to get it back, but their family situation makes the job difficult. What should we do in a situation like this??

UPDATE: After reading the comments and looking further into the situation it’s clear Alan was likely lying at the end of the video. It’s my duty to verify this and I failed the American public that is probably still getting scammed, I will be returning and swiftly handling the situation after verifying this.
