Google sued for tracking you even in Incognito mode

A new lawsuit alleges Google is secretly recording data when people use Chrome's private browser mode. Google tried to get the case thrown out, but failed. Plaintiffs are looking for at least $5 billion in damages, by the way.

Its ironic how Google tracks you what youre doing even though incognito mode pretty much means "no fishy business, no data saved."

Incognito mode being put on but still tracking what you do is like them trying to get a closer look into your personal life, knowing you think its private.

Yes this has happened to me before. Google 100% spies in incognito. Recommendations showed up on YT when I searched something in incognito. What did I search? The mandalorian. Star wars videos don't ever get recommended to me but they did when I searched Mandalorian in incognito.

It's not mandatory to use Google products. It's transparent and if you don't know to read about the product before using it why are you on the internet even. These lawsuits make no sense.
