This is a good one because most people dont think about the little boxes it's good to see how aggresive the local dimming is also most glad systems would completely crush that little square at least dim it down alot very hard for a fald TV to do that correctly great one man cool test

Pulled out my phone camera while testing this on my qn900a and realized half the videos on YouTube make it look a million times worse thru a camera vs in reality I was impressed by how well the tv handled with local dimming

Watching this on an OLED really messes with you of you have an astigmatism.

It's cool like the line is brighter and the square is brighter than everything else on my iPad pro

my Sony completely ignores the little square - but reacts to the white line - consider making a new test where you have the line scan horizontally then vertically - that would help count the zones

QE95A has insane local dimming. I can now confirm it. Used an FN9 qled before and theres a great difference.

Is there a white and green bar when you guys adjust the volume button when playing the full screen? I have tested three oled iPhone (x 12pro 14pro) all with this problem, I would like to know whether you will also have this problem, so that I can replace the 14pro I just bought, thank you❤

I'm still rocking my final generation 60" Samsung 3D Plasma ran this test for shits & giggles... near perfect blacks and no blooming at all hehe! I have saved this link to use as a test when I eventually get a 4K tv. I'm really leaning towards the Hisense Q9G here in Canada.

Well! My brand new iPhone 12 failed miserably in this test! Stupid flickering, gray backlight and OLED would just not turn off in blacks. Hope to see 14.5 fixes it.

It's weird cz in my amoled phone it's like not all the black is truly black, cz in some corner of my phone there's a bit noise like star's, but when i try in other videos like the circle local dimming test there's no noise or star's it's just black

Hello @Tha_VillaMan. Thanks for your videos. I am about to buy a Q80R and I will use this test at the store. But I want to know what I should look for at the test to see if I am getting a perfect panel. Could you please tell me how this test works? Thanks a lot man for you videos. I also will be using your settings for movies and games. Thanks a lot man. Greetings from Venezuela!

I’m testing the Sony 27’’ InZone M9 4K with 96 zones and my TCL with the same amount of zones look almost twice as better with less blooming.
