Life is a Gift:

Today before you think of saying an unkind word, Think of someone who can’t speak.

Before you complain about the taste of your food, Think of someone who had nothing to eat.

Before you complain about your husband or wife, Think of someone who’s crying out for a companion.

Today before you complain about life, Think of someone who died too young.

Before you complain about your children; Think of someone who desires children but they’re barren.

Before you argue about your dirty house; Think of the person living in the streets.

And when you are tired and complain about your job; Think of the unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job.

Before pointing the finger or condemning another, Remember that non of us are without mistake and we all have our own issues.

And when depressing thoughts seems to get you down; remember:

Life is a Gift. Live it. Enjoy it. Celebrate it and fulfill it.

I don’t want to add another comment about ads, but, too late! Lol. So nice, but ads are unreal to have in the middle of meditation. Someone posted below that you can scroll to the end then back to clear the ads. I will try this for tomorrow’s meditation.

Today I had 2 ads pop in in the middle of the meditation - not sure if there's anything you can do about that, but it was a minor momentary distraction. Other than that, lovely... Thank you.

Lovely meditation programme but disturbed by some intrusive ads. Please remove the ads in the middle. Jolts you out of meditation.
