🤍 Welcome to Day 5 🤍
For those who have started their own group, today is day 1! I hope you find the process of running a group as rewarding as I am. Please free to post any challenges or insights that arise from running your own groups.
Today we get to be creative.
*Day 5 Task*
Yesterday we created a list of our debts & monthly expenses- now it’s time to pay them back.
Energetically!
On a blank piece of paper, draw or paint the means by which you will pay off all of your debts and expenses (it might be a cheque, a credit card, coins, bank notes, or any other payment method of your choice, or several of them at the same time).
Use all your creativity and as many colours and shapes as you want because you are *energetically* reimbursing your debts.
As you focus your attention on the drawing, feel the sense of freedom, lightness and satisfaction that comes from balancing out your financial state, balancing all expenses and debts with your abundant income, as if this was a real payment.
Let yourself get into the experience without judgement and feel the moment as if it was really happening. Enjoy the process!
*Day 5 Meditation*
*Sat-Chit-Ananda*
_Existence, Consciousness, Bliss_
_Sat_ : truth, absolute being or existence - that which is enduring and unchanging
_Chit_ : consciousness, understanding and comprehension
_Ananda_ : bliss, a state of pure happiness, joy and sensual pleasure
_Sat-chit-ananda_ is a Sanskrit term that describes the nature of reality as it is conceptualised in Hindu and yogic philosophy. Some consider _sat-chit-ananda_ to be the same as God or Brahman (Absolute Reality). Others use it as a term to describe the experience of realizing the unity and wholeness of all existence.
It is said that _sat-chit-ananda_ is the source of all consciousness and all perfection. To experience sat-chit-ananda is to achieve the ultimate goal of the spiritual journey in Hinduism or yoga.
*Day 5 Centring thought*
“Today, I embrace my potential to Be, Do and Have whatever I can Dream"
Have an abundant day!
