I am 60+ yrs young. I have no problem touching the floor. However, driving the hips up towards the ceiling feels great...wheww, I felt that. I have to do that several times a day to release the tightness in the back of thighs and legs.

I remember gym in school. They would just give us the ball and let us play at playing basketball or volleyball. No one actually teaching us techniques or game strategy.

It would have been thousand times more useful to learn and practice dozens of little things like this, that would keep us fit and healthy.
But noooo... let's pull that rope and jump over that box. That will be useful.

My P.T. person said if you havent done this exercise, first few times, allow your knees to bend slightly....
