I was lucky enough to have DM780 ready for the RTTY contest over the weekend. I didn't make many contacts but it was fun trying hi hi.

A few days later I made some casual RTTY QSO's on 20 Meters and had a great time doing so. HRD and DM780 is a pleasure to work with and so much fun using RTTY FSK.

Hi Rich,

I asked DX Engineering what CI-V cable to buy to run FSK. I got the following reply.

What are you trying to connect the radio to ? If it's your computer, use a standard USB cable.

What CI-V cable to buy and where does the other end connect?

I just bought a new 7300. Awesome radio. I was told, however, that RTTY at max power is hard of the final's of the 7300? I would appreciate hearing your thoughts on that.
