Scientists discovers hidden drawing beneath Mona Lisa that reveals this secret. Today, we take a look at what scientists found under the Mona Lisa painting #youtubeshorts

Back in 2006, scientists from Canada used infrared and laser imagining on the Mona Lisa to uncover a peculiar discovery underneath the many layers of the painting. Researchers discovered that underneath the painting there appeared to be other works of art trapped and covered up underneath that were never to see the light of day. Some of these pieces include rudimentary sketches created by Da Vinci that featured the Mona Lisa seated in different positions.

Thank you for watching!

Okay then show those things. Instead of a 72 and an LV that probably aren't actually there.

Nothing out of ordinary here this is an extremely common thing because canvas was expensive back then so it was reused.

Painting over drawings and paintings on canvas or board was, and still is, commonplace. It’s like what @Lordhelmet’s comment says, canvas was expensive back then. Preparing canvas and board to accept paint was very expensive and time consuming. So painting over other works made sense.
I am sure there are all kinds of secret symbols and other cool stuff hidden in this painting. It would be fascinating to know what everything actually means. 💛

It's a map of the true place we live and what it looks like for real. Color and shadows changes the imagery to different perspectives of the same place. All art has it as do most imagery you see on internet.

Môna Lisa is not a painting by an artist. It’s one of the first projected photos from camera obscura by engineer Leonardo Da Vinci. THAT is why “Mona” is smirking at you. ;)

LV? Latin vulgate? 72? Hmmm… betcha this is really a painting of Mary Magdalene

72 demons can be summoned from The Key of Solomon. That's the only thing that I can think that it relates to.

I never realized how strange this painting is... the background looks so depressing and dead. Almost post apocalyptic. Mona Lisa looks like she could be both male or female. They're not smiling. They're smirking on how sad and gross the world has become.

So, why didn't you show the other pictures? You said they go 4 distinct images. Where are they?

The LV is the initials of the girl under the painting who he had a crush on but rejected him. Both their favorite numbers were 72

Most likely a reused Canvas. It’s not like you could just pop-in to Michael’s or Hobby Lobby.

This is not Mona lisa it is Caterina DI Meo lipi, The canvas was for Mona Lisa but it was rubbed out because her husband did not like it, he re did Mona Lisa on another canvas that was taken away, and he painted from memory his mother but did not scrub out the name.

Come on guys it’s so obvious what the Mona Lisa actually is. These hidden paintings or “layers” underneath are pretty much a woman going through many stages of life or in other words, aging. So on the surface we see a mature older woman but you see a faint glimpse of her youth underneath. It’s kind of like when you look at an older person and you sort of do that unconscious thing where you imagine what they looked like when they were younger. That’s what this is only represented on a canvas. He is expressing hidden knowledge of self awareness as the viewer
