Tenant can rent back at the same rate... The same amount they charged before renovations or the new rate after renovations?

Im here in Atlanta Georgia.i was given 4/6 days to leave my home. I was threatened bodily harm ..if i didn't leave .in which i did ...i wasnt behind in rent .so what should be my next step or legal action that is..

I read that if a landlord changes the locks you have to act quickly because once there is a new tenant in there the landlord tenant act will no longer protect them instead of they with protect the new tenant. The landlord will still get a fine but it might be a good way to get rid of a bad tenant in a hurry

Wait. It's month to month rental after 1 year lease. So... Why can't landlord give 30 day notice or 60 day notice?

In California the seller has to give tenants 120 day notice of intent of saw of the property prior to listing the property.

The landlord refused my monthly rent money because she would only accept it if i gave her an extra $350 for the plumbing bill. I refused to pay the plumbing because she is responsible for the plumbing. Then she posted an eviction notice on my door that said i hadnt paid rent. LOL. How is this world so backwards? So shes evicting me cause she has refused my rent money. ?? Now ive moved out cause lease ended and i gave her $3700 security deposit and she sent me a check for $1226. lol. She straight up robbed me! I need a lawyer someone please!!!
