Im hoping you might answer question i have. The owner where i have lived for 20 plus years said he sold multi unit property. The new owner filed a 90 notice for no cause they intended to do renovations. I went to court the first time a won and it was dismissed they again fild 90 day notiice which they put same address.
My question is i found information that the owner never sold just put it in a llc is this legal i believe he did this renovation thing because laws on raising rent he evicted 16 families which rent was the lowest around

Hello I have a question?
I received my three-day notice for non-payment on Tuesday. Because of cockroach infestation. on the lease, I pay $31 a month. At night they crawl on my feet and face and I have a very clean apartment. My question is the 3-day notice is going to be up by the end of the day but because of the hurricane Milton the clerk of courts are closed I can't file what should I do? The 3-day notice is up today and the clerk of courts will be open tomorrow do I file on a 3-day notice?

My landlord turned off my propane gas taking hot water away, then turned off and blocked my electricity. I tried fighting in court but without paying rent into the court for the months i couldnt live in the house with no utilities and a young child.. i couldn't pay rent for pending months. It was never eviction for nonpayment. I never had a hearing or voice.

What if I was subleasing through a organization and then the organization starts stealing my rent. Then I received a eviction but it was not in my name the eviction is in someone else name. Can a constable but me out?
