Love this song.I heard it 2 years ago.It reminds me, my family driving to spend Christmas with my parents.

Start playing it for Thanksgiving, but almost every day before Christmas.

I, actually play it all year but I love every version.

I can't find his cd.

This is a very sentimental song.

I have shared it with so many.

One year the weather was terrible, this truck driver led me all the way, over 300 miles .
He would let me knowwhen it was safe to pass and then he would get in front when the weather started getting worse. He saw my turn signal to get gas and he led me safely.

When we turned, he went on to Wis.I went to Chicago. He honked at me, a sound, so touching, I honked back and my children rolled down the windows and yelled THANK You and MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY NEW YEAR.
IT STILL BRINGS TEARS TO MY EYES, BECAUSE HE TRULY GOT US THROUGH, ONE OF THE WORSE SNOW STORMS.

WE COULDN'T EVEN PULL OFF.I THANK God every day for him and wished, I had written down the trucking company and his license, so I could have sent him a Thank you.

Thank God, we both had stopped at the same gas station and He just knew, I was headed for bad weather. and as it started to get dark he let me know to stay behind him and his lights led me over a 100 miles. We didn't have cell phones then, but He was definitely our guardian angel .
I guess he had a radio that was giving him weather conditioning.
Actually it would have taken us much longer, if he hadn't been on that interstate.
I couldn't even find a hotel because we were on terrority, that was not close to cities, mostly plains.
Thank GOD, FOR KIND TRUCK DRIVERS.MANY ARE BUT A LOT ARE NOT.
SO I PRAY HE MADE
SAFELY TO HIS HIS DESTINATION.

I drove a truck in the late 80’s early 90’s used to love driving back on long journey when this came on
