1 tsp lemon juice
Topping:
3/4 cup (90g) All-purpose flour
3/4 cup (67g) Oats
3/4 cup (165g) Light brown sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
8 tbsp (113g) cold butter
