Pigeon Pose

Pigeon pose is a classic hip opener and forward bend combo that hits your hamstrings, glutes, adductors, and deep six muscles all at once. The setup can be a little confusing, particularly the knee placement. But don’t be afraid to prop up and modify to make it work for you.

I've been watching for a while and you really speak to me! I'm all about science and analytics! You talk and teach in a language I understand!
I have so much I wish to share, but for now, let me say, "YOU are the bomb!"

Thank you!

I love your videos, cant thank you enough for fixing my painful ankle through that 2min 3 stretching exercises. Twice a day session I was able to play Tennis without wearing ankle brace.❤❤❤❤ Thanks again

I'm insanely ashamed to say I've been doing the pigeon pose on my cool down after rucking and it's taken me 4 months to do it comfortably. And even then I'm not doing it 100% correct because I'm so stiff.

But if I've learned nothing, everything takes time and i have progressed so that's something!
