That ganzo is one of my favorite knifes of all love the blade shape .been carrying mine for a long time still sooo sharp .

Yeah, I'm not buying any more M390/204P/20CV unless it says "Hogue", "TwoSun" or "Tuya". I'm especially not buying any more Italian M390 until I see evidence that those clowns have figured out how to heat treat and temper the stuff.

M390 @ 57 HRC is no better than d2 @ 63 HRC... A super steel with a subpar heat-treat is going to perform rather un-super.

Manly wasp in 12c27 performed awesome in a cut test.. It was 55hrc.. but I guess the heat treat was great.

What's up with these Ganzo's ? I have 3 of these new FH models and only 1 of them holds an edge like D2 should, especially with hrc's around 62, I sharpen, sharpen, sharpen and no difference, I mean it's not piss poor, but it's definitely not what it should be .

What is up with every makers problem with m390? Guess I'll go back to d2 or 440c and get good working blades. LTK this really sux I have 3 knives in m390 I'm scared to test

D2 isn't a terribly great steel for cutting cardboard. Carbide size is stupid big and if the temper isn't perfect the edge just crumbles away, regardless of Rockwizzle.
