Video is out of date. The instructions do not work in the latest version of the app. Shame on Lowrance for leaving outdated instructions online, and not providing the information elsewhere that I can find.

On my Ti2 9” Model, when I try and Sync, I receive a red error, “there has been a problem logging into your account. Please check your log in details and try again.” My login works on the app, and on the website. I have the latest update 20.0.1

I downloaded the Lowrance app in order to sync my iphone with the HDS Live. When i create my account it says 14 days free trial and then 49€ per year. Do i have to pay or there is another option when i already have HDS Live ?

Would like to see more videos with the information on the elite TI twos. I have if you saved on my phone and iPad to watch but it just seems like the elite TI‘s are obsolete and behind the times with all the new units coming out from the Lowrance.

What units does the app allow the synchronise way points and routes function?? My app doesn't have this when I click on manage... I have a elite7ti2

It does not work for me. I have the Hook Reveal 7TS. It shows up in the app under devices but nothing happens when I click on Manage. It just says “Disconnected. Last seen on [missing {{network}} value]”.

I tried to connect My Device, scan the barcode on the HDS Live 12, do the forget and see the hotspot is connected, but nothing else about how to get the HDS visible as a device to connect to.

Watched this 10 times, still cant do it. Shouldn't even need a video! Needs to be more intuitive. Do the people who design this shit actually use it?
