The trial used a rather small dose of Dexamethasone. The next logical step would have been to determine if larger doses gave greater benefit and also whether other steroids like Methylprednisolone (as used in the USA and better uptake by the lungs)) also had greater efficacy. It is now 2022 going on 2023 and I have not seen anything. Have missed something?
