You should have added zinc to the hydroxychloroquine arm, and also do a trial early in the disease, as soon as a risky patient (>=55 years old, obese, diabetic, heart problems, nursing homes patients, etc) present symptoms. Normally a patient goes to the doctor when he is feeling really sick, 4 or 6 days after initial symptoms, then takes the COVID-19 test wait for the result and then receives treatment or is hospitalized. Too much time is wasted and then that patient will need hospitalization. It is so important that patients receive early treatment to avoid hospitalization, to avoid that financial and health cost to the patient -even more when many hospitalized patients do not recover totally and still have kidney/lung problems after getting out of the hospital.
