In terms of freedom of information and with the justice reform, the situation in Italy is dire. Please keep on disseminating these issues. Italians who voted this government are ignorant and they have no capacity to understand these delicate issues. And if now there will be elections, this government would not obtain the majority of votes like they want people believe. In Italy is not the freedom of informations and journalism that is missing: what news do in Italy is "opinionism" and the freedom to insult anyone at will writing whatever wrong and sketchy news they deem usefull for a political cause (Robeto Saviano).

Magistratura Democratica" is a political association of Judges and Prosecutors that has the PDI as a reference in parliament. At the moment these "magistrates" come and go at will from the parliament to the Judge seat, enforcing a strictly political view through bullying colleagues not politically alligned, through the weight of 80% of the total of the magistrates in Italy. Through powerful seats in the CSM thay can deny "outsider" promotion or transfer to more important seats, reserving politically "heavy" seats for their own members and "uncomfortable" seats for anyone not part of the flock.
I think anyone proclaiming himself "Democratic" understand that, if Polical and Justicial ppwers are not separate, meaning who write the laws and who applies those laws are not the same, there is a massive infringement of basic democratic values, and yet it is the government accusing of "lack of democratic values" by trying to change those absurd status of things.
