A long time ago, I made a rotisserie leg of lamb recipe that blew my mind. Now, I am back at it again trying to recreate that very same recipe! Marinating a whole leg of lamb in a garlic, beer and herb marinade, we will cook this hunk of meat over the flames until tender and delicious. Nice chimichurri, you should try it with vegetable oil and red wine vinegar, its the traditional way in Argentina
